Since the day of putting into operation, by the last information of September, the Kartli Wind Power Plant has generated over 80 000 000 kwh of electric power.
The rate of acquisition of wind power recourse by the plant during the year is equal to 53%, which, according to the information provided by the Energy Development Fund, is one of the highest values in the world.
The plant was officially put into operation on 20th of December 2016, and on 27th of January 2017 it was registered as a qualified enterprise.
Besides, the Kartli Wind Power Plant project, with its financial and technical characteristics, was named by EMEA Finance (Europe, Middle East and Africa Finance) as the best transaction among 2016 renewable energy projects.
