Tegeta Holding has officially presented its 2024 report to partners and stakeholders, highlighting its performance, management practices and financial Statements for the year. The document, developed in accordance with international standards, is part of the company’s long-term vision, and emphasizes the responsibility, accountability and corporate culture of the holding.

The presentation took place at Tegeta’s multifunctional service center, a concept-driven space that embodies the company’s innovative spirit. The event was attended by the company’s partner organizations, representatives of financial institutions, and the holding’s management and employees. The 200-page report was introduced to the participants by the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Ekaterine Kavtaradze, Chief Executive Officer of Tegeta Holding: Tegeta’s first annual report is a landmark document created in accordance with international standards, reflecting our progress, strategy and the responsibility we hold towards our employees, customers and partners.

The report allows us to clearly show where we stand today, as well as how we are developing. It includes a detailed analysis of our business dynamics, Tegeta’s role in the Georgian and regional economy, and the innovative projects and new partnerships that we launched last year.

The report confirms that we aim to establish a high standard – a standard based on transparency, a culture of corporate governance, and continuous development.

We continue to strengthen the trust that binds us to our team, customers and partners.

Tegeta Holding, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, unites more than 35 subsidiaries, and 500,000 retail and 35,000 corporate customers. In the international-standard report, the company presents the results of a customer and stakeholder satisfaction survey, according to which, in 2024, Tegeta Holding’s customer satisfaction index stood at 96%.

The report also describes the financial indicators of the past year in detail. The company’s revenue in 2024 increased by 19% to reach 1.6 billion GEL. The holding company’s contributions to the state budget have exceeded 125 million GEL.

The holding’s business portfolio expanded significantly with the addition of brands such as Bentley, Lamborghini, and electric car manufacturer Zeekr.

2024 was also important in terms of infrastructure development. New service centers were built for both passenger cars and trucks. The project implemented in the Gezi Economic Zone is one of the most outstanding for the company, and holds the MAN “A+” certificate.

Last year, Tegeta Holding opened its first multi-brand showroom in Georgia, which combines Geely, Mazda and Auto Gallery.

The annual report also covered the company’s international expansion and Tegeta’s activities in the region. In 2024, Tegeta became the official distributor of Bridgestone in both Armenia and Azerbaijan. In addition, regional cooperation with Mazda expanded, and the company began representing the Japanese brand in the Armenian market. The year was also successful in the field of commercial equipment – Tegeta became the official dealer of Renault Trucks in Armenia and Azerbaijan. The sales portfolio included the sale of special-purpose equipment in the markets of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan for the first time.

As a responsible business, corporate social responsibility is an integral part of Tegeta Holding’s activities. Tegeta is the only company in the region’s automotive industry to have developed a corporate social responsibility strategy that meets international standards. Tegeta presented a detailed report of 2024, outlining the goals and objectives set out in its strategy.

By implementing its new standards, Tegeta not only establishes a culture of accountability and transparency in its own activities, but also sets an example for the automotive sector as a whole in the direction of responsible business. 2025 is an anniversary year for Tegeta — the holding is celebrating its 30th anniversary — and it is meeting this milestone with new standards and ambitious plans.
