Dunkin’ Georgia Recognized as #1 Franchisee in Europe

Dunkin’ Georgia has been awarded Franchisee of the Year – Europe at the Inspire Brands Regional Conference 2025, held in Dubai. Revealed among 11 European countries with 350+ Dunkin restaurants, is prestigious recognition celebrating Dunkin’ Georgia’s outstanding operational excellence, consistent double-digit growth, and innovative contributions to the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry in Georgia and the region.

The award was determined by key achievements, including sustained comparable sales growth of 25%+, opening Georgia’s first drive-thru DUNKIN’ store, expanding the beverage category as a growth driver, innovative marketing communications and Cutting-edge technological innovations in customer service and operations.

Since signing an exclusive franchise agreement with DUNKIN’ in 2014, Wissol Group has grown the brand into one of the most successful quick-service restaurant chains in Georgia. Every day, loyal DUNKIN’ customers in Georgia consume more than 25,000 cups of coffee, solidifying DUNKIN’ as the largest coffee and coffee products retailer in the country. Today, DUNKIN’ Georgia operates 75 restaurants nationwide, powered by a centralized high-tech production facility that since 2016 has fully localized production and supplies nearly 100 product varieties daily.
