The sixth edition of Change Inspire drew 800 participants as Georgia’s largest technology conference doubled down on artificial intelligence, showcasing real-world implementations across industries

On July 4, Georgia’s premier technology conference Change Inspire reached a new milestone, hosting over 800 participants in what organizers called their largest and most ambitious event to date. The sixth edition, held at Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers, centered entirely around artificial intelligence under the theme “League of AI Champions,” with Forbes Georgia as the main media partner and Palitra Holding as extended media support.

“Today, we held the sixth conference, which was the largest one we’ve organized so far, hosting 800 participants,” said Nino Gvazava, CEO of HT Solutions and founder of Change Inspire. “The main topic was artificial intelligence, which draws significant interest not only among IT specialists but also among the general public.”

Change Inspire started in 2018 with 150 participants and has grown to become a major regional technology event that reflects Georgia’s digital development. This year’s conference demonstrated that Georgian organizations are not only adopting AI technologies but implementing them across various business sectors.

The event featured over 40 local and international speakers across several stages. While the Champions Stage highlighted business strategies from global leaders like AWS and Google Cloud, the Tech Deep Dive Stage focused on engineering challenges, and the Workshop Stage provided hands-on exploration of AI tools and frameworks.

International speakers delivered standout presentations: Aleksandr Bernadskii from AWS discussed Amazon’s use of generative AI for internal automation, Jan Smerhovsky from Google Cloud shared cutting-edge GenAI capabilities, and Ali Fuat Turkay from Palo Alto Networks addressed cybersecurity in the AI era.

Forbes Georgia hosted a dedicated panel discussion, moderated by Anina Tepnadze, Forbes Georgia COO, which examined how global AI trends are being adapted and monetized within Georgia’s business ecosystem. The panel brought together three forward-thinking leaders from different sectors to provide grounded perspectives on what’s working, what’s hype, and what’s next in Georgian AI implementation.

  • Beka Tsitskishvili, CTO of Tegeta Motors, represented the automotive services sector, discussing how predictive diagnostics and connected mobility services are reshaping one of the region’s most established automotive service providers;
  • Irakli Gogatishvili, Data & AI Monetization Partner at HT Solutions and Professor at Business and Technology University, shared insights on building agentic, adaptive AI systems that deliver measurable results using memory, reasoning, and nature-inspired logic;
  • Mariam Sisvadze, Product Owner at Extra.ge, Georgia’s largest e-commerce platform, rounded out the panel by discussing AI-driven product development at scale, focusing on user-centric design, rapid experimentation, and creating personalized shopping experiences powered by intelligent systems.

As the conference’s Game Changer partner, Bank of Georgia presented eight speakers who covered their AI implementation across different business areas. IT Director Vazha Mantua discussed the bank’s technology strategy and AI integration, while other presentations addressed AI applications in customer support, code review systems, data engineering, and enterprise data management.

Nino Gvazava emphasized the conference’s role in Georgia’s broader technological development: “I believe that for the country’s strategic development in the context of technology, such conferences are extremely important. Every year, we see the results of this event reflected in various organizations that later come forward with exciting initiatives.”

The conference’s evolution mirrors Georgia’s own digital transformation journey. With AI now established as a practical business tool rather than a futuristic concept, Change Inspire 2025 demonstrated that Georgia’s technology community is well-positioned to lead in the next wave of innovation.
