Dr. Raudales traces his passion for medicine back to his early influences, including his father, a physician, and his aunt, the first female physician in his family. Previously, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Honduras in 1970.
In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Raudales has earned several certifications, including the Certified Nephrology and Hypertension American Society of Hypertension Specialists Program from the American Heart Association in 2016 and the American Board of Internal Medicine certification in 1996, which he renewed in 2006.

Throughout his career, Dr. Raudales has been deeply committed to serving his community and mentoring the next generation of physicians. He has been a consistent presence at the Baptist Free Clinic in El Paso since 2005, providing free medical care to those in need.
