- This is the first integrated showroom in Georgia bringing together vehicles of diverse identities under one roof
- Over 800 guests attended the impressive opening event at the automobile complex
A comprehensive range of automotive brands and vehicle services are now available at a single location: The newly established Tegeta Cars integrated showroom has officially opened its doors! This automotive complex brings together companies affiliated with Tegeta, including Geely Sakartvelo, Mazda Centre Tegeta and Auto Gallery. The multi-brand showroom was designed with the utmost consideration for customer convenience, providing a wide selection of automotive services under one roof.
More than 800 guests attended the official opening ceremony of the complex, which is located at №152 Agmashenebeli Avenue. Representatives from Geely and Mazda attended the event in Tbilisi. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Georgia, Ishizuka Hideki, and Mazda Global’s CEO for Sales and Marketing, Masami Yanagawa, were also in attendance.
Petre Tsakadze, Chief Officer of the Light Vehicles Division, stated: “We are pleased to welcome our Georgian and international partners and invite guests to the newly opened Tegeta Cars showroom. Our main goal was to provide a comprehensive service, and so we designed a space of 4,000 square meters in which we have combined an exhibition hall, a fully-fledged vehicle service center, and a workspace for our employees – all in one building, which means that our customers will be able to get all the services they need in one visit. Geely Sakartvelo, Mazda Center Tegeta, and Auto Gallery previously had separate showrooms under Tegeta Cars, requiring customers to contact different branches for services. We’ve streamlined this process: while maintaining the same high level of service, customers can now visit a single location for all their tailored needs. We adhere to the policy chosen by Tegeta Holding and aim to make car ownership as convenient as possible.”
The two-story showroom is a multi-brand space, and the official opening ceremony was designed to reflect this: the cultures of three countries came to life during the event, with the Japanese automaker Mazda presented to guests with a symbolic installation of the Rising Sun. The motto of Geely, the Chinese car giant – progress, movement, future, sustainability – was depicted in hieroglyphics, emphasizing the importance of these values. On the second floor, which was dedicated to Auto Gallery, guests were welcomed into a completely different atmosphere. The company, along with electric vehicles, represents American motorcycle and off-road vehicle brands such as Indian and Polaris. Given the concepts of these brands, elements of American culture were incorporated into the design of this part of the showroom.
Ella Kamladze, Marketing Head of Light Vehicles Business, stated: “The main focus of Tegeta Cars’ new showroom is to provide a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. We tailored the opening ceremony of the showroom to this idea, gathering in one location all the details and features that define the uniqueness of each brand. The Mazda space was decorated with a rising sun installation, a symbol of Japanese culture, as the brand has a history dating back more than a century and is an active supporter of art and culture. Geely, another brand with a rich heritage, was introduced with elements of Chinese culture through the presentation of a dragon, a mythological creature. In Auto Gallery, we created an environment that resembles off-road conditions, appealing to fans of extreme sports and adrenaline.”
Along with the exhibition halls, a vehicle service space was prepared for the opening ceremony and was dedicated to a musical performance.
The opening of the Tegeta Cars showroom was held with the support of leasing companies Tegeta Leasing and TBC Leasing, insurance companies TBC Insurance and Aldagi Premium Insurance Primo, the development company Idea Development, the solar panel manufacturing company Shine Energy, and drinks producers GD Alco and Sarajishvili.
