An all-time regional record was set at Archi’s grand Sales Event.
Apartments at Grand Avenue, the New Downtown Tbilisi, proved to be undoubtedly the most in-demand, with a new record of 644 apartments sold within just 5 hours.
On that day, a special atmosphere was created at 32 Tsotne Dadiani Street. Company representatives and partners gave attendees a detailed presentation of the uniqueness of the complex. Guests had the opportunity to explore up close the “city within a city” concept – one of the largest initiatives for Tbilisi.
This was a unique one-day opportunity for Archi customers to purchase their desired apartment at Grand Avenue at a special price. Its price had already increased the very next day after the sales event.
The event was attended by the project’s chief architect and landscape designer, world-renowned architect Wei Yap Ooi; Jan Dijkema, director of the international architectural firm Chapman Taylor; and Bob Earl, founder of the landscape design studio OCULUS. They spoke about the project’s concept and its international significance.
The project will see investments exceeding one billion dollars. “Grand Avenue by Archi” is a district where residents will have everything they could wish for a comfortable life, inspiration, and relaxation. It is important to note that 75% of the territory will be dedicated to greenery and recreational areas.
The project combines premium and comfort-class apartments in Tbilisi, office and public spaces, coworking zones, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a padel center, a modern-standard school and kindergarten, a museum, gastronomic zones, and other facilities. Additionally, a pedestrian bridge and a transport tunnel are planned to be built on the site, directly connecting Grand Avenue to Tsereteli Avenue.
For over 19 years, Archi has been at the forefront of shaping trends in the Georgian real estate market, consistently setting industry standards and maintaining its position as the industry’s benchmark for excellence.
