Khvicha Kvaratskhelia Becomes Investor and Partner in Archi’s Landmark "Grand Avenue" Project

The star of the Georgian national team and “Paris Saint-Germain”, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, became an investor and business partner in Arci’s largest-scale project, “Grand Avenue”.

“I’m genuinely pleased to be investing in a project as ambitious and distinctive as ‘Grand Avenue’. For athletes, it’s important to start thinking early about life beyond sport, so that one’s work and achievements have a proper continuation. I’ve visited many cities around the world, and in my view, ‘Grand Avenue’ is the kind of project that would add value to any of them.  It has the potential to become a new focal point for the city,” Kvaratskhelia said.

“For athletes, thinking about the future should begin at the early stages of a career. I know this well from personal experience, as I made several investments while still actively playing. That’s why it’s encouraging to see younger players already planning ahead, and even more encouraging that they’re investing in a company where I’m also a partner. These are their first steps in business, and they reflect both intelligence and foresight,” said Zaza Pachulia.

The Archi team believes Kvaratskhelia’s involvement will have a meaningful impact on the project’s development. “We’re pleased to welcome another prominent figure to ‘Grand Avenue’. The project’s investors already include Giorgi Mamardashvili and Tornike Shengelia, and Zaza Pachulia has been a partner of Archi for more than seven years. Adding Khvicha to this group further underlines the scale and ambition of the ‘Grand Avenue’ project,” said Archi’s General Director, Shio Khetsuriani.

“Grand Avenue” is located in Tbilisi, near Dinamo Stadium on Ts. Dadiani Street. The project combines high-end residential complexes with a fully developed infrastructure, modern architecture and landscape design, 11 hectares of green space, a large fitness center, a padel facility, tennis courts, basketball and football fields, as well as a 36-meter indoor and outdoor swimming pool, creating an environment designed for living, working, and recreation.
