On June 25-26, Pullman Paris Montparnasse hosted Pullman xChange Paris, the international thought leadership platform by Pullman Hotels & Resorts. Following its successful debut in Dubai last year, the initiative returned with a new concept, “The Source Code”, welcoming entrepreneurs, creative industry leaders, cultural figures and media representatives from around the world.
This year’s central theme, “The Source Code”, symbolically explored the invisible forces that shape professional growth and everyday decision-making. The concept highlighted values such as courage, curiosity, care, and creative vision, qualities that inspire innovation, meaningful collaboration, and lasting change.

At its core, Pullman xChange is designed to create a platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences across industries. By bringing together professionals from diverse backgrounds and countries, the initiative fosters meaningful dialogue, encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration, and opens new opportunities for global partnerships.
The event featured a lineup of international speakers, including philanthropist and entrepreneur Frédéric Jousset, creative producer and designer Gianfranco Chicco, systems thinking expert Laura François, CBC journalist and author Steven D’Souza, alongside other distinguished leaders from the business and creative sectors.

The two-day programme included keynote discussions, interactive workshops, networking sessions, and a press conference. The event opened with welcome remarks from representatives of Accor Group and House of Beautiful Business. Among the featured speakers were Benoît Racle, Global President of Premium Brands at Accor, and Natasha Mohammed, Global Vice President of the Pullman brand at Accor. They shared insights into the evolving expectations of today’s travellers and discussed how hotels are transforming from places of accommodation into dynamic hubs that facilitate meaningful experiences, professional networking, and cultural exchange.
Pullman xChange Paris was organised in partnership with House of Beautiful Business, an organisation dedicated to advancing a more human-centred approach to business. Through curated conversations and collaborative experiences, the partnership creates spaces where leaders from different industries can exchange perspectives, share expertise, and shape new ideas for the future.
