British EdTech company Suada, creator of the world’s first Learning Retention Platform, has officially launched a new development office in Tbilisi, Georgia. The move strengthens Suada’s long-standing collaboration with the region’s exceptional tech talent and marks a key milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy.
This launch follows a strategic partnership with international consultancy Adaptovate, aimed at scaling Suada’s impact across markets in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
Suada has been quietly building a high-performance engineering team in Georgia for nearly four years. That team now forms the backbone of the company’s product development. With a rapidly growing global footprint, Suada has formalized its presence in the region by opening a dedicated office in central Tbilisi.
“What began as a small collaboration has evolved into a world-class development team that’s now central to everything we do,” said Beka Tomashvili, Suada’s Chief Technology Officer and a Georgia native. “We’ve always believed in the talent here — now we’re doubling down, creating local opportunities to build global-impact technology.”
The new Tbilisi office will act as Suada’s core development hub, accelerating its product roadmap and market reach through its alliance with ADAPTOVATE, a global consultancy that helps enterprises scale agile transformation.
“Suada solves one of the biggest challenges in corporate learning — retention,” said Alex Rebkowski, Managing Partner at ADAPTOVATE. “Their platform proves that people not only learn, but apply what they’ve learned. We’re proud to help scale this solution globally — and it’s exciting to see the Georgian team at the heart of that innovation.”
Suada’s platform is already used by major education and corporate training providers—including YMCA Awards—and is gaining adoption in sectors such as finance, construction, sports, and cybersecurity. Combining AI-powered coaching, video-based assessment, and behavioral science, Suada is reshaping how organizations measure learning outcomes.
With the new Tbilisi office now operational, Suada is actively hiring local engineering talent to join its mission.
“We’re working on problems that matter — helping people truly retain skills, not just tick boxes,” added Tomashvili. “For Georgian developers who want to contribute to meaningful, global projects — now’s the time.”
