Poti New Terminal Consortium unites a group of Georgian and foreign businessmen to create and further develop the new dry bulk cargo terminal.
Namely, according web-site of the company, the director of consortium is Tamaz Chkhikvishvili and
foreign partners: Giancarlo Spirito, Ladislav Halacka and Stanislav Kraslavski.
Mr. Tamaz Chkhikvishvili is one of the Georgian businessmen, who owns offshore properties. In particular, he is the owner of the company GRUPO ALIMENTARE S.A., registered on Virgin Islands.
Chkhikvishvili also owns the shares in the following companies:

Georgian Management Group Ltd – 70.00%
