New ibis Hotel to Open Near the Tbilisi International Airport with the Support of  Bank of Georgia & a French Investor John Dodelande – Founder of Fujin Silk Properties LLC

Bank of Georgia continues to actively support the hospitality sector in the country. For that reason, in partnership with the bank, Fujin Silk Properties LLC will open new hotel under the world-famous ibis brand near Tbilisi International airport in 2024.

The ibis hotel will combine 72 rooms, a restaurant and a wine shop. Guests will also be able to enjoy the gym and use a conference space.

The total value of the project is around 8.7 million US dollars. Bank of Georgia’s financial resources equals to 2 million US dollars.

We believe, that the location of the hotel will give us an opportunity to attract many tourists and ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
