Georgia-based digital bank Pave Bank has been ranked fourth in this year’s Sifted 100: DACH & CEE, placing the country among the region’s fastest-growing technology companies.
Pave Bank, a digital bank operating in Georgia, has secured fourth place in the latest Sifted 100: DACH & CEE ranking, which recognizes the fastest-growing startups across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central and Eastern Europe.
The prestigious ranking features 100 startups from 26 countries and evaluates companies based not only on the amount of capital they have raised, but also on their underlying revenue and business growth. Key indicators focus on revenue growth, along with a variety of other growth metrics from the number of clients, to overall assets and volumes.
Salim Dhanani, CEO & Co-Founder, Pave Bank:
“We are particularly proud to represent Georgia in such a prestigious international ranking and to be recognized as one of the fastest-growing startups in the region. This recognition reflects not only where we are today, but also the significant progress we have made in the past 18 months of operation – growing on all metrics month after month. The Pave Bank team works relentlessly to provide our clients with the best possible set of products and services – making sure that everything is operating 24/7, just like global commerce should be. This tangible progress is what has enabled us, as a digital bank licensed by the National Bank of Georgia, to rank fourth in one of Europe’s most respected startup rankings“.
From the outset, Pave Bank’s strategy has combined a strong focus on revenue growth with a sustainable, technology-driven operating model.
Last year, Pave Bank raised USD 39 million from a group of leading global investors, including Accel Partners, Tether Investments, Quona Capital, Wintermute, Helios Digital Ventures, Financial Technology Partners, Yolo Investments, Kazea Capital, and GC&H Investments.
The investment is supporting the expansion of Pave Bank’s corporate and institutional banking offering, which brings together traditional financial services and regulated digital assets.
Salim Dhanani, CEO & Co-Founder, Pave Bank:
“For us, rapid growth is about much more than numbers. What matters most is ensuring that our growth is driven by genuine customer needs, trust, and long-term value. Proud to be counted among the companies building the next chapter for DACH & CEE tech. Being ranked among the top five companies in Sifted 100 as one of the region’s fastest-growing startups is a testament to the team we have here at Pave Bank – this gives us even greater motivation to continue on this journey and build the next generation global bank“.
