Archi proudly launches the most ambitious project in the capital’s history. The Grand avenue by Archi represents an investment of over $1 billion. Seventy-five percent of the development will be dedicated to landscaping and recreation. The complex is located on Tsotne Dadiani Street, next to Dinamo Stadium. An underground tunnel will also be built to connect Grand Avenue directly to Tsereteli Avenue. The project was designed by renowned architect Wei Yap Ooi and international architectural firm Chapman Taylor, with landscaping by Bob Earl, founder of OCULUS.
