Nino Enukidze participated in a high-level dialogue on Women Entrepreneurs in Emerging Markets convened by the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, in collaboration with the Young Global Leaders Foundation, at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026 in Davos.
The session brought together senior representatives from the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, members of the Young Global Leaders community, and selected Global Shapers for an open, action-oriented exchange grounded in lived experience. Discussions focused on identifying practical tools, partnerships, and enabling environments to unlock the growth, leadership, and scale of women-led businesses in emerging markets.
Participants explored key constraints facing women entrepreneurs—particularly limited access to finance, digital infrastructure, and decision-making power—and shared interventions that have proven effective in advancing inclusive growth. The dialogue emphasised the importance of moving beyond access alone toward increased visibility, strong networks, and leadership pathways.
