Forbes Georgia has revived the data of the Russian business register related to the company OOO “Гео органикс”. According to the documentation, the company was registered in June 2017 and Tate Mamatsashvili, the son of businessman Ucha Mamatsashvili, owned 25% of it.
According to the register, the purchase deal was concluded on September 6, 2021, and Tate Mamatsashvili sold his share to the director of the company, Giorgi Kapanadze. Currently, Kapanadze owns 75% of the company’s shares.

According to the register, the company holds licenses to trade in pharmaceutical products and food supplements.
According to the Russian accounting information, in 2021 the revenue of OOO “Гео органикс” was 366,992,000 rubles, which is currently $6.3 million dollars.
The company had a net profit of 19,427,000 rubles, which at the exchange rate of 2021 was $272,000. The company’s assets amount to 430,612,000 rubles, or $6 million dollars.
“Гео органикс” is related to the Georgian company of the same name, Geo Organics, which owns a pharmaceutical enterprise producing food supplements. The company was founded in 2017 and it is part of businessman Ucha Mamatsashvili’s investment fund “Middle Seas Capital”.
90% shares of the company operating in Georgia is owned by “Geo Organics Limited”, a company registered in Great Britain.
According to the “Geo Organics” website itself, its products are mainly intended for export. According to the website, its products are sold at Russian pharmacy chains, including at ‘A5”; ‘36.6’; ‘Горздрав’ and others.
As for “Geo Organics Limited”, a company registered in Great Britain, it was founded on December 19, 2018. Currently, businessman Ucha Mamatsashvili owns a 30.5% share in it, Ketevan Kharaidze owns 30.5%, Giorgi Kapanadze owns 16.7%, and Zurab Tsereteli-Makharadze owns 22.3%.Leave a comment
