On May 22, Batumi was visited by representatives of Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s largest company that manages hotels of the world’s leading hotel chains.

The company will manage the Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio/Wyndham Grand Hotel Batumi Gonio hotel complex under construction with the first All Inclusive services in Georgia. The signing of a consulting agreement on technical service between Aimbridge Hospitality and the European Village construction holding took place at the Wyndham Batumi Hotel. Earlier, on October 11, last year, the company signed a corresponding LOI (preliminary agreement) on the future management.

Representatives of Aimbridge Hospitality visited the construction sites where the hotels of the Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio/Wyndham Grand Hotel Batumi Gonio complex are being built, inspected compliance with world standards that affect hotel management, gave advice and recommendations for further construction.

The world’s leading management company serves more than 1,500 branded hotels in 23 countries. Aimbridge has over 60 years of luxury hotel management experience and an impeccable reputation in the hospitality industry.

Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio/Wyndham Grand Hotel Batumi Gonio, which will be managed by the company, is part of the world’s largest hotel chain from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The collaboration of two world leaders will raise the Georgian tourism market to the international level.

The hotel complex is being built under the top-class brands Wyndham Grand Residences and Wyndham Grand Hotel. There are only 70 such hotels in the world. In the Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio/Wyndham Grand Hotel Batumi Gonio complex, four are being built at once. They are united by the largest infrastructure in Georgia, including the one unique for this country.

Some of the sanatorium functions include: a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic focused on the sanatorium format of stay, three SPA complexes (one of which is halal), outdoor and indoor pools (one of which is halal) with bars, an aqua zone and slides, a bath complex (Turkish, Russian, Finnish and Japanese baths), and fitness centers.

Infrastructure for business and work: a coworking area, four meeting rooms, a conference room.

Infrastructure for children: playrooms, a club with animators and a nanny, a rope park, a climbing wall.

There are 12 restaurants, cafes and bars (including those with kosher and halal cuisine), “Wine House” and “Chacha House” with tasting rooms, a heliport, a private beach area and many more facilities.

All this allows the management company to ensure year-round occupancy, regardless of the season, as well as provide higher profitability even compared to other branded hotels.

Finally, a unique feature of the Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio complex is the possibility of buying rooms by private investors (total number of rooms – 1,055) and receiving passive income.
