საუბარი ანგარიშით დავიწყეთ და ასეთი სურათი მივიღეთ – “დირსის” ფარგლებში 2011 წლიდან დღემდე 200 მილიონ აშშ დოლარზე მეტის ინვესტიცია განხორციელდა, პროექტის პირველი ეტაპი დასრულდა და გასაყიდად გამოტანილი ბინების 80% თითქმის გაიყიდა. ეს შედეგები ინვესტორს თავისი ჩანაფიქრის მეორე ფაზის დაწყების საფუძველს აძლევს.
რას გულიხმობს “დირსის” მეორე ეტაპი? – როგორც შაჰინ მოვსუმოვი ამბობს, 2019 წლიდან ახალ საცხოვრებელ კორპუსებთან ერთად რეკრეაციული სივრცისა და ბულვარის მშენებლობა დაიწყება, რომელიც მდინარე მტკვრის ნაპირებს 4.5 კმ სიგრძის მონაკვეთზე გაუყვება. სწორედ ეს არის იდეა კონცეფციისა “ქალაქი ქალაქში” – აქ მცხოვრებმა გარემო არა მხოლოდ კომუნალური, არამედ საზოგადოებრივი სივრცეებისა და დაწესებულებების თვალსაზრისითაც მოირგოს.

აღსანიშნავია, რომ ყოველივე ამაზე შაჰინ მოვსუმოვი ჩვენთან იმ “ვილა სიენას” ერთ-ერთი სახლის ეზოში საუბრობს, რომელიც იტალიურ ყაიდაზეა დაპროექტებული, მინიმუმ 1 მილიონი აშშ დოლარი ღირს და აქვე გვიმხელს, რომ “დირსის” მეხუთე ეტაპის ფარგლებში თბილისშიც არის გათვალისწინებული ინდივიდუალური სააგარაკო ტიპის დასახლება.
“დირსის” პროექტი და მისი კონცეფცია მზად არის. ვფიქრობ, რომ წლის ბოლომდე საზოგადოებას გავაცნობთ, როგორი იქნება პატარა ქალაქი მტკვრის სანაპიროზე”, – ამბობს ინვესტორი, რომელიც თბილისში პროექტის დაწყებიდან შვიდი წლის შემდეგ უფრო თამამად საუბრობს ამბიციურ გეგმებზე და მოტივაციის ერთ- ერთ მთავარ ფაქტორად ქართველების ცხოვრების წესის შეცვლას ასახელებს, ისევ და ისევ დედაქალაქის გადატვირთული და ქაოსური განაშენიანების გამო.
