Global Tech Weekend (GTW), the region’s largest decentralized tech movement, will take place in Tashkent on May 15-17, 2026. A three-day Tech Festival organized by IT Park Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan. The festival brings together startups, venture funds, corporations, government representatives, and technology sector leaders from across the region, featuring startup showcases, an investment forum, product presentations, mentoring sessions, live challenges, and networking formats designed for founders, investors, developers, and industry leaders alike.
Georgia will be represented at the event through an organized business delegation. A carefully selected group of 15 business representatives will travel from Georgia to Tashkent. who will spend three days in Tashkent through a program of high-level networking, pre-arranged B2B meetings, and direct engagement with government agencies and key ecosystem players.
The delegation program includes VIP access to all open and closed GTW events, curated meetings with potential partner companies across FinTech, AgriTech, FashionTech, Trading & Logistics, Tourism, and Construction & Development, as well as meetings with representatives of government institutions. Participants will also take part in speed-networking sessions as part of GTW’s official program.
