A new residential complex, Metropol Parallel, is under construction on Abuseridze Street, near the Batumi International Stadium. Offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in a busy urban setting, the complex features two 33 and 35-story buildings—Blocks A and B—positioned parallel to each other. Residents will enjoy stunning views of the Adjara Mountains and the Black Sea. Pre-sales for the development have already begun. Also a Symbolic capsule was built in the construction.
Mamuka Imedashvili, Deputy General Director of Metropol: “Batumi is an important city for Metropol. After Metropol Cube and Metropol Oval, which boasts a 5-star hotel, we are launching the construction of a residential complex in the coastal city – Parallel Metropol.
“The multi-story buildings will be distinguished by quality, a convenient location, and exceptional views, encompassed in modern infrastructure and with all the essentials our residents need. We aim to provide our future residents a unique living experience in the heart of the city, in complete harmony with their vision and lifestyle.
“We have adapted the terms of payment to the interests of the customer, and have already launched pre-sales. With construction set to take three years, owners will be handed keys to the apartments they themselves designed in 2027.”
Close to the renovated Alley of Heroes, the residential complex on Abuseridze Street is just a few minutes’ walk from the facilities that are most important to residents of the city, among them a school and a kindergarten, the House of Justice, shopping centers, an international stadium and, of course, the sea. For years on that territory were old buildings and 57 familyes will live in newest project soon.
Prospective buyers can now secure an apartment in this exclusive location. To mark the beginning of pre-sales, Metropol is offering a limited-time discount of up to 8% on apartments of any size, available until the end of November. Additionally, flexible payment terms are available, tailored to suit the needs of each client.
Metropol Parallel will offer a total of 474 apartments across its two multi-story buildings. Whether you’re looking for a one-bedroom studio or a luxurious penthouse, customers can choose from a variety of apartment types, perfect both for living in, or as an investment. Apartment sizes range from 32 m2 to 184.3 m2.
Like other Metropol projects, the Parallel complex will be built with environmentally friendly materials. The general design incorporates an emphasis on energy efficiency and humidity control, to address the specifics of Batumi’s climate. To minimize humidity, the location was carefully chosen, with the buildings positioned to capture stunning views of the sunrise.
The project pay meticulous attention to having its interiors meet the highest standards of contemporary living. The buildings will be equipped with video-surveillance systems, and residents will be able to enjoy a 24-hour concierge service.
The construction dates are set for three years, with the completed apartments expected to be delivered in 2027. Owners will receive their apartments in a “black frame” condition, which includes the main entrance door with an intercom system, doors and windows and a tiled balcony. From the balcony, beautiful views of the football field, city, sea and Adjara mountains will unfold.
