Based on preliminary information provided by GeoStat, in 2017, GDP per capita in Georgia was 4078 USD. However, the picture is different according to regions.

By the 2016 verified data, in Tbilisi, total added value per capita was 5427.7 USD, while in Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti, it was 2301.4 USD.

Average salaries, unemployment rate and number of locally registered business is different in the regions. Traditionally, major part of the economy is concentrated in Tbilisi:
